Physical Therapists

RSGW physical therapists have all achieved advanced degree and remain interested in expanding their knowledge base with continuing education. The physical therapist will provide an in depth thorough evaluation of the patient and tailor a treatment plan to promote wellness and enhanced function through movement, exercise and skilled hands on techniques.

The physical therapists have a wealth of knowledge and apply research based, skilled treatments for all type of musculoskeletal disorders that limit the body’s ability to move and function. They provide natural, non-surgical hands on treatments. Exercise machines are used to augment the hands on care that you will receive. They provide care with knowledge, compassion and empathy.

Janelle Martinez PT, DPT

Janelle graduated from Rutgers University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences. She received her doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland at Baltimore. She has experience in multiple settings which include home health and outpatient facilities. She is motivated to help patients achieve their highest potential and improve quality of life as they recover from acute to chronic injuries through treatment and education.

Bryan Kreitlow, PT, DPT

Bryan has been a practicing physical therapist since 2002 and has worked with Rehabilitation Services of Greater Washington since 2003. His treatments have been focused in outpatient orthopedics, in which he has treated a vast array of orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, and post-surgical patients. He is a graduate of the physical therapy program at the University of Maryland Baltimore where he received his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2002. He attended the University of Maryland College Park and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology in 1999, which he used to gain further knowledge of human movement and function in pursuit of his degree in physical therapy. Bryan has also worked as a personal trainer since 2000, using his background in physical therapy to guide exercise/training programs on a one-on-one basis. These programs include post-rehabilitation/ post-physical therapy routines, sport specific training, balance, and general improvements in health and function.
